The Sunday School year runs beginning on Rally Day which is always the first Sunday after Labor Day to the Sunday prior to Memorial Day in May. Classes all meet in their rooms at 9:15 a.m. The Sunday School Office is located in the basement of the church. The Sunday School Superintendent are able to help new members and visitors find their classrooms. Questions during the week can be directed to Kristy Fischer, Director of Christian Education, by phone at 920.435.5524 M-Th or e-mail . Please see special holiday information at the bottom of this page.
ME 2! This class is designed for parents along with their children (under 3 years old, or who turn three during the year) to learn together, meet other families with children the same age, and for parents to receive the tools when their children are little to share their faith with their children. Expecting a baby soon and want to start even before the baby is here? Please feel free to join along.
Children age 3-1st grade meet in their classrooms and then head to Cherub Choir. Each Sunday the children sing songs that help with learning about God and approximately once every other month they will sing at the beginning of the 10:30 a.m. service. Following music the children go back to their classrooms for the Bible lesson of the day as well as activities that help to expand their learning. Children must be picked up by an adult at the end of class for the safety of the children.
Children in 2nd-5th grade meet in their classrooms and then head to Youth Choir. These children also learn songs that help with their learning and sing several times a year sometimes with the adult choirs as well. Following music the 2nd-5th graders head back to their classrooms for the Bible lesson for the day.
Children in 6th-8th grade meet in their classrooms for Bible Studies. Currently they are using Concordia Publishing House’s series called Fusion. These studies look more in-depth on different themes that are in the Bible such as Water, Trees, Food, and the Suffering Servant.
The High School youth meet in the Youth Room in the church basement. The topic for study varies and sometimes they combine with the adult Bible study class if the current topic is something that we’d like them to participate in and learn about.

Sixth-Seventh graders play roles as parts of the Nativity scenes. And 7th-8th graders are given the opportunity to be part of the side by side acting portion of the Service. This service takes place the third Wednesday in Advent at 6:30 p.m. There are three practices, two on Saturdays and one the Tuesday night prior to the service. The 3 year olds- Kindergarteners sing for the service and are only asked to be at the dress rehearsal the Tuesday night before the Service. Please look for more detailed information in November.
